a peek into my weekend..

so my friends and I decided it would be a good idea to go on a make-shift pub-crawl in portsmouth, let’s just say it was eventful.

I picked up my guy friend and drove up to ports to meet a friend who lived in the area. little did I know, he already had a 5th of vodka to his dome. he started at 6pm, I picked him up at 815. so then we get margaritas on the wharf and he decides he wants to keep moving, one drink per bar until we get too drunk. (it sounded like a good plan at the time) one of the places we went to was a hipster dive-bar. I met this guy who claimed to have dropped out of a band right before they made it big. he was nice, but a little odd.

4 stops later we land at this place with 100+ beers on tap. my guy friend is falling asleep at the table. the bouncers had seen him come in, but because I was with him they allowed it (I only say this because I am a regular who tips well and knows most of the staff). anyway, he gets kicked out. I still have a full beer which I was forced to chug… an IPA mind you, my stomach was verrrrry full at the end of that stop.


this is where it gets hazy. our 5th stop landed us at my friends favorite bar, where she worked previously. so of course we ended up meeting a crap ton of people to continue our pub crawl with. someone decided it was a good idea to get food so we moved over to a restaurant that’s open 24 hours (the friendly toast, effing amazing food). at some point this blacked out girl decides to get into a fight with one of the guys we met up with… I don’t remember much of this but apparently I played ‘mediator’ and stopped the growing fight. then I became best friends with everyone in the restaurant. (I wish someone filmed it… I don’t remember what I said to stop the fight hahahahha).


I guess my friends who I started this crawl with were also blacked out because they decided it was a good idea to drive home so they walked to a parking lot WHERE THEIR CAR WAS NOT. bahahaha they were so drunk they didn’t even remember where they parked. CLASSIC. hah anyway… the kid who was drunk previously on vodka then got mad at me because he wanted to leave and I told him no. so he left anyway. for real. he called a cab, paid $60 and drove two towns over to this girls house who he’s fucking. what an iiidddiiioooottt.

luckily my girl frannd and I got to stay at her friends house downtown. we ended up drinking more (not a good idea) and watching weird movies with her friends. oh yeah, and I stumbled into one of the kid’s rooms who lived there. he slept in his bed with me. it was a weird morning. lol anyway, that’s a peek into my weekend. whattaa shitshow.

(what a great way to start the day, right?!) then we moved onto the next bar where this kid bought us the next round, I think he was trying to pick me up but I pretended not to notice. we ended up gaining two more girls here and decided to hit up another place where we met up with two of my friends old regulars (she used to work at a bar downtown) turns out they were wicked rich. I guessed one of their ages on the first try. he was 41. and he was wicked pissed that I guessed it right, he said girls always assume he’s 35 but I knew there was no way in hell he was under 40. anyway, when I asked what he did for work he told me nothing at the time being because he just sold his company and was just hanging out for the past 6 MONTHS. whaaaatt  his friend is in the blurry pic up top, the other one was taking the photo. they were both wicked drunk, I guess that’s what happens when you have unlimited money and drink redbull vodkas all night. haah. oh and they also bought our drinks for the rest of the night (there were 4 of us) not too mention all of the food we ended up ordering at the next two bars. haha so all in all I spent less than $10. I’ll admit it was a bit weird at first, because they both really wanted to get in our pants. but they turned out to be really cool. oh and somewhere in between all of those drinks, my friend stole an irish flag out of some guys butt crack and was waving it all over the place. oh and I ended up with 3 numbers. overall a very successful night :-)

st. patricks day! what a crazy time and I only spent $10!! we started drinking at 2pm, met up with some friends who were already drunk so they bought us irish car bombs. (what a great way to start the day, right?!) then we moved onto the next bar where this kid bought us the next round, I think he was trying to pick me up but I pretended not to notice. we ended up gaining two more girls here and decided to hit up another place where we met up with two of my friends old regulars (she used to work at a bar downtown) turns out they were wicked rich. I guessed one of their ages on the first try. he was 41. and he was wicked pissed that I guessed it right, he said girls always assume he’s 35 but I knew there was no way in hell he was under 40. anyway, when I asked what he did for work he told me nothing at the time being because he just sold his company and was just hanging out for the past 6 MONTHS. whaaaatt  his friend is in the blurry pic up top, the other one was taking the photo. they were both wicked drunk, I guess that’s what happens when you have unlimited money and drink redbull vodkas all night. haah. oh and they also bought our drinks for the rest of the night (there were 4 of us) not too mention all of the food we ended up ordering at the next two bars. haha so all in all I spent less than $10. I’ll admit it was a bit weird at first, because they both really wanted to get in our pants. but they turned out to be really cool. oh and somewhere in between all of those drinks, my friend stole an irish flag out of some guys butt crack and was waving it all over the place. oh and I ended up with 3 numbers. overall a very successful night :-)

such an amazing NYE!

I went out by myself to go meet up with my guy friends over in Portsmouth, but they are super unorganized and cannot plan for shit. Luckily other friends were out so I met up with them to grab some food and pregame. I ended up not meeting up with my guy friends at all and grudgingly went to my least favorite bar with a bunch of people I barely knew. buuut it worked out perfectly.

there was a $10 cover but I somehow managed to sneak in without anyone noticing (I don’t even know how this happened because there was a huge ass line to get in) anyway I lost the people I went there with, I think they went downstairs to dance which I hate so I stayed upstairs. I really wanted a drink so I went to the bar and just as I was walking up to it, a seat opened- how perfect! so that’s where I sat for the rest of the time I was there and did not have to buy one drink!!

every time a guy came up to the bar to order drinks, they would ask me to get the bartender’s attention and offered to buy me a drink as well. this worked out perfectly because the bartenders actually did their job and served customers in order, so I really had to do nothing at all. also, I ended up seeing so many of my friends there and felt like I wasn’t alone at all so it ended up being fabulous.

as for a place to stay, I saw one of my college hook-ups who took me back to his place which was amazing. plus he introduced me to his friend who is smoking hott! and we are hanging out tonight… like what?? thanks karma :) and hellooooo 2013. here’s to a GREAT new start of a brand new year!
